THAWING:

Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For faster thawing, place salmon fillet under cold running water for 5-7 minutes, until thawed.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F for approximately 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.

For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
